I do offer a limited number of sliding scale slots on a case by case basis. Please look over this resource to consider your financial privilege and where you fall in the tier system before requesting a sliding scale. If you are in tier 3 and are able to pay my standard fee, this is incredibly helpful in my ability to open up more slots for people with less financial privilege. Thank you for supporting your community.

At this time, I have availability for individual and relational therapies Mondays through Fridays from 8am-5pm.
Kink exploration & integration intensives can typically be scheduled on Wednesday evenings after 4pm, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
If there is a time that works better for you, please reach out and we can collaborate on our options. -
Kink exploration and integration intensives are structured, immersive sessions designed for couples and systems to explore desires, boundaries, and communication around kink in a safe, guided environment.
4 hours is best for 2 person dynamics, 6 hours is best for 3+ dynamics.
General Overview:Individual Exploration: Each participant will have a private 30-minute session with me to explore personal goals, fears, and desires.
System Exploration: We'll come together as a system to cover “Kink 101” topics, including boundaries, communication, and consent.
Interest Mapping: Each participant will complete a kink interest sheet, and we will only explore intersecting interests to ensure alignment and mutual comfort.
Values Exploration: We will clarify and align sexual values within the system to create a shared foundation.
Snack Break: A 15-20 minute break with snacks provided to recharge and integrate.

At this time, I do not accept insurance. Operating from a self-pay structure allows me the freedom to only diagnose clients when it is helpful to them rather than immediately after the first session. Self-pay also ensures total confidentiality and collaborative care without third-party restrictions.

To ensure I can continue providing quality care, I have a 24 hour late cancellation policy where the full session fee is charged.
To account for life, illness, emergency, and being human, I offer everyone an annual waiver to the late cancellation policy.
If we are able to reschedule within 2 business days, the cancellation fee is waived.
I understand that life happens, and I try to be flexible. However, short-notice cancellations can impact my schedule and livelihood, as each session represents an opportunity to help another member of our community. -
At this time, I am entirely virtual through a HIPAA compliant platform.
I offer walk and talk therapy at Crown Hill Park in Wheat Ridge.
Kink exploration and integration intensives will have in person offerings in an office space. The location can be flexible depending on the needs of all involved.
It is my hope that I will be able to offer in person sessions by August 2025. -
I work with individuals and relational dynamics (18+).
Many of my clients tend to be artists, creatives, and alternatives — those who feel like they exist outside the mainstream.
I often work with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ persons, including those navigating nontraditional relationship structures, kink exploration, and identity development.
My work frequently involves supporting clients through grieving and honoring past identities and lifestyles, helping them process trauma, and reclaiming empowerment and pleasure in their lives and relationships.

In individual therapy, we’ll explore your experiences, values, and internal narratives with curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help you understand patterns, process shame and trauma, and reconnect with your sense of pleasure, authenticity, and empowerment. We’ll work collaboratively to deepen self-trust and foster comfort in vulnerability.
In relational therapy, we’ll explore the dynamics between you and your partner(s) with a focus on communication, boundaries, and intimacy. I approach relational work through a systems lens, helping you navigate conflict, attachment patterns, and desire. If you’re exploring kink, nontraditional relationship structures, or sexual values, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to explore those intersections together. If it feels aligned for all involved, we will also integrate break-out sessions individually.

To build a strong foundation, I recommend starting with weekly sessions if possible. This allows us to establish trust, explore patterns, and create momentum in the work we do together. After 4–12 weeks of weekly sessions, we can explore shifting to bi-weekly sessions if that feels right for you.
I recognize that weekly sessions may not be doable or accessible for everyone, and I’m happy to collaborate with you to find a rhythm that works. We’ll navigate this together based on your needs and capacity.
