Workshops, events, & speaking engagements.
I offer dynamic, trauma-informed workshops and speaking engagements rooted in authenticity, accessibility, and social justice. As a therapist based in Colorado, I specialize in shame resilience, sex and intimacy education, sober lifestyle, and attachment healing. My work centers anti-racist, queer-affirming, neurodivergent-friendly, and harm reduction oriented care. I bring a systems-based lens into every space I enter.
Whether you're a potential client curious about how I show up in group settings, or an organization, clinic, or community collective seeking a speaker with depth, warmth, and lived expertise, this is a great place to start.
I’ve facilitated trainings and interactive experiences for therapists, healthcare providers, recovery communities, university programs, and the general public. Every offering reflects my core values: compassion, consent, collaboration, and systemic awareness.
Want to collaborate on something meaningful, or get a sense of what it’s like to work with me?
