She/her

I am so happy that you’re here.

As a therapist, I work from a compassion-focused, liberation centered lens. I integrate somatics, mindfulness, and parts work to help you to connect mind, body, and soul.

I’m passionate about working with sexuality and intimacy, kink, sober lifestyles, grief and life transitions, self-esteem and self-concept, activists and activism, and trauma processing.

I have specialized training in integrative somatic trauma therapies, complex trauma therapy, and integrative couples and sex therapy.

My work is often informed by my lived experience. I understand how important it is to feel seen and understood, especially when you exist outside of mainstream norms.

Therapy with me is collaborative and human. I’m not a “blank slate” kind of therapist — I show up authentically, with curiosity and warmth, meeting you where you are without judgment. My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t mean fixing what’s “broken” — it’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been hidden or silenced along the way, reclaiming your Self, and showing up with vulnerability.

I spent the majority of my working life as a bartender - this work allowed me many privileges, one of the greatest being freedom from the traditional working structure. During this time, I leaned heavily into community integration.

My advocacy work led me to collaborate closely with co-victims of cold case missing persons and homicides, offering support and amplifying their voices in spaces where they were often unheard. I also immersed myself in multiple recovery and sober lifestyle pathways, with a particular focus on working alongside individuals who have experienced institutionalization.

These commitments remain central to my life today, though my focus has shifted toward mutual aid, community integration, and grassroots organizing.

As a cis white woman in a heteronormative-presenting relationship with a cis white man, I recognize the privileges I hold. I strive to use them intentionally—leveraging my access and voice to uplift marginalized communities, advocate loudly and proudly, and contribute to collective liberation.
